E-Governance

The college has several e-governance operations for smooth functioning of the college.

For administration functioning

‘Gen Next Information Technology’ maintains the college website (buniadpurmahavidyalaya.ac.in) and College uploads all notices, announcements, photographs, reports etc.
Important messages to present and alumni students, parents, teaching and non-teaching staffs send easily through Telegram, Whats App Massages in different Groups.
Buniadpur Mahavidyalaya uses various online platforms for the convenience of students using of the library or to open up the world of learning. ‘INFLIBNET’ and ‘e-Grathalaya’ are two effective means in this regard.

For Finance and Accounts functioning

The Accounts section uses separate software for its’ smooth functioning. The ‘infonetics’ software is used for paying salaries.
Buniadpur Mahavidyalaya employs online platforms to streamline the process of awarding scholarships to its students. These scholarships, categorized as post-matric, TSP, and SVMCM, are provided to minority students via the ‘West Bengal Minorities Development and Finance Corporation’. Additionally, meritorious students receive the ‘Swami Vivekananda MERIT-CUM-Means Scholarship’. SC, ST, and OBC students have access to scholarships through a portal named ‘Oasis’. Financial benefits are provided to students through an online platform called ‘Kanyashree Project’.

Student Admission and Support

The ‘Campus Expert’ Software is used for taking admission of All New(NEP) and CBCS students through the college portal. Students can enter their credentials in the software, based on which the merit lists are published. The receipts are generated after payment of fees and the student details are forwarded to the Principal office.

Examination:
The parent university, University of Gour Banga(UGB) has opened portal (ugbexam.net) for every college through which students’ form fill-up, approval, admit cards, award list, entry of marks etc. can be smoothly operated. All examination related notices, schedules, instructions are uploaded in the college website. Though all the departmental teachers do communicate personally with the students through Whats App massages, but the presence of all information in one place in the website is very helpful for many students.
